- Parse JD → proposed assignments, abilities, values
- Feedback on what may be missing or underspecified
- Progress / wait state while the consultation runs
Step 3
Growth-style preview
- Show assignments, abilities, and values from the JD
- Include demo / fake progress data illustrating continuous growth and coaching
- Soft CTAs: create organization (promote to discrete OG objects) · Solutions · Pricing
Later
After org creation
- Promote wizard output into real MAAP objects
- Value Billing meter starts with org usage ... wizard itself stays free
