AR3
Server of Product & Engineering (co-founder) LinkedIn
It does not interest me what you do for a living. I want to know what you ache for.
You can call me Andrew (he/him) ... but I go by many names. Andrew Lee Robinson III, so some call me Tre. Friends call me Dru (blame late-'90s No Limit Soldiers for the spelling). Football gave me Bear and Robby. For a few seasons of little league, I was Coach Three. Online, and increasingly everywhere, I'm AR3 ... and I love it. Anything but Andy.
Alignment
Chaotic Good. I fight furiously for joy, harmony, and progress, with little patience for a status quo that isn't earning its keep.
Codex of belief
Magic is just tech we don't understand yet. I lead from beside or slightly in front ... taking the hits, clearing the path. I build for systems and souls, for compound impact over short wins, and I'm convinced humor and intensity belong in the same room. My why is simple: inspire potential fulfillment. I'm most alive when the people around me are shattering ceilings they were nervous to reach for.
Class
Artificer / Bard / Paladin ... equal parts builder, inspirer, and shield. I started as a product engineer because I loved making things that bring people value and joy, fell for product design, then for product management, and finally understood that great software needs all three ... plus servant leadership to hold it together.
Off the clock
I've hung up the pom-poms and the coach's whistle ... my daughter's All-Start cheer days (she's a D1 cheerleader now) and my son's little league seasons (he's in middle school now) are both in the highlight reel now ... and these days I channel the worldbuilding energy into other campaigns. Soundtrack throughout: Jay-Z on repeat, treating my first like my last and my last like my first.
TL;DR
A forever student aiming to be a strategist ... with the heart of a protector, the curiosity of a tinkerer, and the fire of a rage-activated paladin.
Skills
Coming soon ... will link to AR3's public MAAP (ability milestones).
Why New Us
Because inspiring potential fulfillment needs a company that treats people systems as seriously as product and engineering. New Us exists to build that ... tools like OurGruuv for managers and teammates, and a team that models the same clarity, fairness, and ceiling-shattering we ask of every customer.
