Expectations / Description
- We support Tier 3 when they need additional help to investigate or remediate issues by owning issues that are passed to us by following our documented Support process outlined here.
- These may be (but aren’t limited to) the following:
- Tier 3 is at capacity and needs assistance
- Performance or complex technical issues that can’t be resolved by Tier 3
Requirements
- Tier 4 Escalation Engineer's must have a position with the reach of 2.3 or higher
