AG! I'm not going to post this publically (just posted an OGO about the act of doing squad walk-thrus... posting two OGOs about one topic feels excessive to me 😬), but I needed you to know how happy it makes me that we are sharing the things that work with each other. It is one of the fastest and best ways to foster a culture of keep growing!

Appreciative Inquiry = the act of asking "what is the best of what is" so that we can collectively design "the best of what could be"
Cross-pollination = Taking the best of what we see, and offering it up to others to benefit from
