Expectations / Description
Success
- Giving thorough, thoughtful design critique while upholding our company core values.
- In early reviews, asking the right questions to evaluate if our users will understand, enjoy, and benefit from the designs
- In late reviews, ensuring designs meet standards and cover all aspects of the checklist (accessibility, mobile, error states, unhappy paths, design system adherence, tone)
Feedback loop/deliverables
- Attendance at design critique sessions
- When necessary, whiteboarding or real-world examples sent to the designer
Details
- This role should be played by many on the design team, as we create a supportive and collaborative atmosphere.
- It's important that even non-milestone 2 designers participate, but they should not be the only participants in a design critique.

- Design Reviewer's must have a position with the reach of 2.2 or higher
- Design Reviewer's must be milestone 2+,Information Architecture
