Success looks like

• Each squad has its own goals and therefore has its own risks to those goals. You will be successful in this role if your squad takes a holistic view of what is being planned.
  • The areas that are high risk should be identified as early as possible. However, the goal is not perfection, so you'll be successful if you can help your squad balance moving fast and handling potential use cases (to be clear, the goal is not to handle every possible use case, the 80/20 rule is your friend).
• The ultimate goal here is to work as a member of your squad to help ensure the highest quality, fastest, and most impactful delivery of value to our customers.

Details

• The risk assessment insight will directly impact the prioritization, level of effort, and overall direction of the squad. This will likely involve working with members of our customer success, operations, DevOps, third-party integration partners, as well as the other squads.
• When epics are created, you should be one of, if not, the top clarifying question asker.
