Product Research Delivery Manager

As a Product Research Delivery Manager, you will strategically advance how Lessonly ideates, builds, improves and measures its products for millions of users. This is a great opportunity for researchers who want to make an impact in a variety of disciplines and help shape the design practice at Lessonly as our team continues to mature.

Your primary responsibility is to serve as the lead on research initiatives and will be called on to do design work on a squad (a mix of a product manager, QA, and engineers) sometimes. Even though you’ll technically be the researcher for the product team, there will still be lots of opportunities to work with other designers. Expect weekly meetings to review recent work, work through problems and heavy collaboration on things like the research methods, design process definition, and product development.

We are relied upon for the identification, justification for enhancing, and clarity around the opportunity for reducing resistance and/or increasing value within the user experience.

Generative User Researcher

As Generative User Researchers we help define (with evidence) the problem/unmet need we’d like to design a solution for.

Product Discovery,Design Project Management,Qualitative Research,Quantitative Research,Research Ops,UX Analytics,Design Facilitation

Optional responsibilities / Assignments

Design Facilitator

We facilitate design activities aimed at collaboration, clarity, and alignment

Solution Designer (UX design)

We create, prototype, test, and iterate concepts in collaboration with the entire squad in pursuit of desirable, viable, feasible, and usable solutions
