Product Quality Engineer
There are two parts of Prod Dev at it's simplest.
Building the Right thing... and Building the Thing Right.
Product quality control testers at Lessonly will be involved in both sides of that equation (which is true of all positions within the Lessonly P&E team), however, they will have specific responsibilities on the Building the Thing Right side.
The Software Tester drives quality thinking and practices into software design, build, test, and delivery process in addition to providing the service of software testing.

Our goal is NOT to test quality in, but instead to help the team build quality in from the start. Moving QA thinking farther left is our prime directive.
Quality Control Tester’s must have the following skills, knowledge, and behaviors (aka Abilities):

Eligibility
To be eligible for Product Quality Engineer - 2.3, you must meet all of the following:
- Take on and met/exceed the expectations of the 1 Assignment defined above
- Earn the 4 Ability milestones defined above
- Product Quality
- (QA) Risk Assessmentneeds Milestone 2
- Required Milestone 2, based on the required role of Quality control tester
- (QA) System Modelingneeds Milestone 2
- Required Milestone 2, based on the required role of Quality control tester
- Bug Writingneeds Milestone 3
- Required Milestone 3, based on the required role of Quality control tester
- Technical Investigationneeds Milestone 3
- Required Milestone 3, based on the required role of Quality control tester
- (QA) Risk Assessmentneeds Milestone 2
